The Nested Whitetail Gear apparel product warranty covers defects in manufacturing or workmanship including but not limited to: seam failures; missing/defective snaps, zippers, etc; defective fabrication, etc., for the practical lifetime of Nested Whitetail Gear brand apparel products.

This Warranty Does Not Cover: 

• Damage as a result of misuse, normal wear and tear, improper care, misuse, accident, neglet, the natural breakdown of materials over time, or damage occurred from improper storage. 
• Product acquired from aftermarket sources such as online auction sites, liquidators, consignment shops, private sellers, salesman samples, promotional products and final sale discontinued product. 
• Improper fit or comfort issues. Fit/comfort is the responsibility of the owner and should be assured before purchasing the product or within the return policy period. 

Warranty Claim Process

1. Contact our Customer Service.
2. Be prepared to share the following:
   • Name, Email Address, and Order #.
   • A photo of the entire garment.
   • A photo of the inside care label back side that includes Part # and Production Year.
   • A photo or two highlighting the area of issue.
3. If your warranty has been approved, we will contact you to resolve the claim within 3-5 business days.
4. Customers will be responsible for shipping to Ardisam / Nested Whitetail Gear.
   • We recommend that you ship your product with a reputable carrier that can provide tracking information and proof of delivery.
   • Customers are responsible for their product until it is signed for delivery at Ardisam / Nested Whitetail Gear.
   • NOTE: Product must be cleaned according to its care instructions prior to shipment. Products received that are insufficiently cleaned will be returned to the customer unprocessed.
5. Ardisam / Nested Whitetail Gear may repair or replace the product at its discretion.
   • In the event that repair is not possible and there is not a same/comparable product to replace with, you will receive a product voucher in the amount of the original purchase price to use on NestedWhitetailGear.com. Product vouchers may not be combined with any other discounts or promotions.
6. All Ardisam warranty decisions are final.
